Step 2: We will design the chibi statue for you. We'll send you a preview in the next 24 hours. Please check our messages.
Step 3: After receiving your approval for the preview. We will do it for you.
* SHIPPING TIME:
Due to the nature of the product, the order processing time will be longer than for many other products. Please do not complain or get upset when your order takes too long to process. Our store will work to speed up the processing of your order so that it can be sent to you as soon as possible and to ensure that your order is not missed. So, understand us on this matter. The estimated time we give is the estimated time it will take you to receive the package, please consider and be aware of this. And consider carefully before ordering. We will not accept cancellations or refunds. Specifically, the expected time will include:

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
The Fairy Gift must be notified via email within ten (10) business days of receipt of merchandise. Orders over ten (10) days old are non-returnable non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping charges. All items need to be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. No return will be accepted without prior authorization.
Items must be unopened and in the original packaging. In the event that a return is a result of our error, we pay the return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)
After your return has been received and examined, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We'll also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, please allow 2-5 business days to process your refund upon receipt at our warehouse, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message via admin@thefairygift.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
CANCELLATIONS
Any placed order can be cancelled without penalty until it has been packaged - once packaged a 15% re-stocking fee applies. Once shipped an order cannot be cancelled.
RETURNS DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR
If a shipment is returned due to entering an incorrect address or oversight in not including a building or suite number, shipping & handling fees apply. This includes errors in the product(s) selected. Once the item(s) are returned, please allow twenty-four (24) hours for re-processing.
Overnight orders placed on Fridays will not arrive till the following Monday.
